How we work

How we work

We handle every stage for you: requirements review, selection and sampling, quality control, inspection and loading supervision, and ocean freight.

01

Requirements review

What we do
We review your shed models, current bill of materials and annual volumes, and reply with a sourcing plan and a quotation.
Your part
Send your shed model list, bill of materials or packing photos, approximate volumes and destination port.
What you receive
A written sourcing plan and quotation: every item with its category, specification and indicative lead time.
02

Selection and sampling

What we do
We agree each specification with you in writing — grade, thickness, coating mass, tolerance, colour, packing — and produce and send samples.
Your part
Test the samples on your own line and in your own assembly process, then approve them.
What you receive
Approved samples.
03

Quality control

What we do
We confirm the specification with the factory before production starts, and check material certificates, thickness, coating, dimensions and packing during production.
Your part
Nothing at this stage — we handle it.
What you receive
In-production check records; mill test certificates for coil orders.

04

Pre-shipment inspection and loading supervision

What we do
We inspect the finished goods against the approved sample and the agreed specification, and supervise container loading.
Your part
Review the inspection report and loading photos before the container leaves.
What you receive
Inspection report, loading photos and a packing list that matches the goods.
05

Ocean freight and documents

What we do
We book the vessel, prepare the export documents, track the shipment and hand over the documents your broker needs for clearance.
Your part
Clear customs and receive the goods.
What you receive
Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test certificates.
